2023   The Loan Service Center (TLSC), a PSCU company, announced its strategic partnership with Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation® (Millennium), a leader in the asset repossession management industry. Through TLSC’s extended services, credit unions will gain further access and scalability to nationwide first-party delinquency management services for collateral recovery and remarketing through Millennium.
2022   TriVerity, a PSCU company, announced it has launched its Indirect Credit Bureau Dispute Processing Solution via The Loan Service Center (TLSC).
2021   In response to regulatory changes, CU Recovery becomes TriVerity and expands its market to align with changes to its customer base and industry growth.

DCM Services, LLC (“DCMS”), the industry leader in data and contact management solutions for the estate and specialty receivables market, has partnered with CU Recovery, a PSCU company, the industry’s leading expert for third-party credit union collections of all loan types.

PSCU, the nation’s premier payments credit union service organization, and Allied Solutions (“Allied”), one of the largest providers of insurance, lending and marketing products to financial institutions in the U.S., today announced they have partnered to provide financial institutions with single-source delinquency management services and support, including first- and third-party collections solutions.
2021   In response to regulatory changes, CU Recovery becomes TriVerity and expands its market to align with changes to its customer base and industry growth.
2018   CU Recovery and The Loan Service Center became wholly owned subsidiaries of PSCU.
2010   The CU Recovery Collection Academy in Minneapolis was launched to provide credit unions with continuing education on topics to help effectively operate their collection department.
2003   The company pioneered online access to collector notes and an online file submission process, streamlining the client experience.
1997   Responding to the needs of credit unions, The Loan Service Center was formed to provide first-party delinquency management staff on a temporary, part-time or permanent basis.
mid-1990’s   The company begins collecting outside of Minnesota and introduces education for credit unions on organizing collection tasks and implementing successful collection processes.
1990   CU Recovery is established in Wyoming, MN to help Minnesota credit unions maximize recoveries from charged off loans.
